John Troy, Co-Founder, Co-Owner, and Chief Scientist will retire effective September 3, 2020.  John concludes a distinguished career supporting our Nation’s security, with more than 30 years in engineering, modeling, data analysis, launch support, and instrumentation of target missiles, including 20 years as Program Manager/Principal Engineer leading the Flight Analysis and Simulation Team, and 13 years leading the Troy7 team of scientists and engineers.  A scientist, engineer, inventor, and patent holder, John has been at the forefront of providing leading edge technology in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and US Army Space and Missile Defense Command.  John intends to enjoy his well-earned break playing golf, rebuilding cars, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his six precious grandchildren.

Patty Gargulinski, President of Troy 7, Inc., is transitioning into the role of Chief Operating Officer to focus her full attention on business operations and employee and customer engagement. Under Patty’s leadership, Troy7 has achieved strategic growth, critical infrastructure development, and community and customer recognition for excellence. Patty’s extensive experience managing DoD programs and successful leadership as a Senior Executive for Industry and Government will continue to strengthen Troy7’s Executive Team.

Troy7 welcomed Mark Terseck to the Executive Team as President effective August 28, 2020.  A proven strategic business leader, Mark brings more than 30 years of service to America’s DoD and Civil space programs. Mark comes to Troy7 from a.i. solutions, where he led the Mission Assurance Division, providing services to MDA, NASA, and the US Army.  Prior to a.i. solutions, Mark supported the NASA Space Shuttle Program and the US Air Force Eastern Test Range in Government and Industry roles.  Mark is a member of the Board of Directors for the Redstone – Huntsville Chapter of the Association of the United States Army and the Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association.
